Every project begins with a thoughtful introductory call, by phone or video, to understand your goals, vision, and expectations. Not every renovation is the right fit, so we take time to ensure your project aligns with our process, timelines, and investment level. For qualified projects, we schedule an in-home consultation to explore ideas on-site. From there, we offer a comprehensive, fee-based design service that includes planning documents, 3D renderings, and scope refinement.

We begin with a measured site analysis, capturing every dimension, obstruction, and detail needed to plan confidently. You’ll receive detailed architectural and cabinetry layouts, elevation drawings, and millwork documentation, prepared in-house to align with your space and budget. Photorealistic renderings help bring your future space into focus before construction begins. We guide you through curated finish selections for materials, lighting, fixtures, and appliances. A detailed proposal and construction timeline is then presented based on the finalized design.
‍Note: All custom cabinetry and millwork are designed, built, and installed by our sister company, Marvel Cabinetry. Their dedicated design team works alongside ours to ensure precision, consistency, and a seamless client experience.

We begin by procuring long-lead and specialty materials in advance to maintain project momentum. Our team coordinates all trades and construction phases, providing a clear, detailed calendar from start to finish. Before work begins on-site, we walk you through the final plans and schedule to ensure complete clarity and comfort.

Floors, walls, and adjacent areas are thoroughly protected and sealed to minimize disruption. Demolition is approached selectively, with careful removal of only what’s necessary, preserving surrounding structures where applicable. Throughout this phase, we keep you informed on site readiness and next steps as we transition into active construction.

All structural, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work is completed to code and inspected at key milestones. Custom cabinetry, millwork, tiling, and finish carpentry are installed by Marvel Cabinetry and our trusted certified trades, exactly as designed. You receive regular updates from your project manager and have opportunities to review progress at key phases.

Together, we conduct a final walkthrough and detailed review of the space. While our projects typically conclude with minimal, if any, deficiencies, we use this time to ensure every last detail meets your expectations. Your space is then professionally cleaned and prepared for immediate use, followed by your confident sign-off on the completed work.

We walk you through the operation and care of your new finishes, systems, and products to ensure a smooth transition. At the 30-day mark, we follow up to confirm everything is performing as expected and address any final questions. And should anything arise in the future, our team remains available and ready to help, long after project completion.
